Too Late..

Yep.. They landed a little while ago. Lots of yelling and screaming as they stormed up the beach with their axes and torches. Some of the villagers tried to fight, but there were too many. Then the fires started, and pretty soon you could not see what was 10 feet away from you because of the smoke. Of course I can not feel bad, I let them come. Let vikings take over and get mad at the world around me. I had finally had enough of this fun thing called buying a home, especially the paying for it part. Because they make you pay for it. Only they make it as confusing as possible, so that there is no way to know if any of the decisions you made are good or bad, or in or out of your ability to pay. My best laid plans are not in the dump, but the viking had to stand up and say "So we got screwed, we can deal!". We will still have a house tomorrow, making it into ours will just take some more planning.

Who needs cool furniture (I just need someplace to rest my head)..
